Germaine is the sixth sibling of twelve, so cooking for larger parties has never been a problem. Most of his cooking skills were passed down by his father, which he applied within his household while growing up. His father also had a great passion for cooking as well. His father stayed on his back when he realized Germaine had the same passion for cooking which kept him out of trouble most of the time.
And as a father these skills will be passed down to my sons, as well as nieces and nephews.
Germaine has collectively over 20 years of cooking experience. 3 years of studying at The Art Institute of Michigan. Germaine challenges himself with new recipes and ideas for his menu. He loves to diversify his weekly menu because it gives him a way to use more of his skills and venture out of the box people try to put him in.
